Born in Sweden and raised in Australia, Noah brings a diverse background and strong family values into his work. Inspired by his mum’s career as a nurse and his dad’s role as an Aviation Firefighter, he developed a deep respect for helping others from a young age.Noah is passionate about empowering people to live independently, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences in their community. With a background in sport, personal training, and disability support, he combines structure, energy, and empathy in every session.Through SZN Support, Noah focuses on creating a positive, motivating environment where every participant feels respected, capable, and supported to grow.

Born and raised in Sydney, Austin entered the disability sector after recognising the need for higher-quality, more consistent care. Hearing too many stories of people feeling unsupported motivated him to be part of the solution — providing reliable, respectful and genuinely person-centred support. Starting as a shift worker at Sunnydays Support and later becoming the business owner, his journey reflects dedication, growth and a strong sense of responsibility to the individuals and families he works with. With a background in customer service, Austin developed strong communication skills and a calm, approachable nature. He values open communication and believes support works best when families feel heard, involved and confident in the care being provided. Austin is passionate about being a positive male role model — encouraging confidence, independence and healthy routines while leading by example. His focus is on building trust, consistency and long-term growth for the people he supports. Now joining forces with SZN Support to continue growing and expanding his impact, Austin remains committed to delivering dependable, empowering support that families can trust and participants can feel safe and supported within.
